A new wine for our 10th anniversary!
Our first Upupa Rosa was created as an experiment and because we liked the result so much, we bottled Upupa Rosa for the first time in 2021 as our anniversary wine with a special label.
This rosé wine is made from Vernatsch and Burgundy varieties, which are pressed and fermented with the stems after a 24-hour maceration period and aged in 500l oak barrels.
The result is a dry, copper-coloured food companion with low alcohol , which impresses with its stimulating tannin and lightness.
